Climate Change Action East Africa (CCAEA) is a legal institution based in the Lake Victoria basin catchment area with offices in Kampala.

CCAEA was formed to minimize the adverse effects of abnormal variations of the climate in the East African region by creating awareness about Climate Change, Promoting Food Security with the overall goal of setting up State-of-Art Climate and Drought Mitigation Center, the first of its kind in Africa.

Climate Change Action East Africa bases its know-how on a network of legal-financial and technical-scientific expertise developed within the scope of Food Security and Climate Change capable of providing qualified interdisciplinary services to tackle issues of technology transfer in modern farming practices to reduce the effects of food insecurity and promote Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation.
